Cleaned out all the dead links from the resources pages and added a few categories.

We now allow wordpress themes, myspace templates, joomla templates, and v-bulletin themes. If you have a theme that doesn't fit a category, you can suggest one in our contact form.

Added new RSS Feeds for all of our media categories, the feeds display the 10 newest active resources for each category.
